Joy of Being (2) - Feldenkrais and the Inner Body

This is the second in the Joy of Being workshop series which began last July. We'll discover how we see ourselves, others, how we approach the world and how our thoughts about all of that determine our experiences. You are not a collection of bad habits and tendencies that you have to fight with every day of your life! You can access the presence within that gives you peace.

Friday 28 October: Introductions and Feldenkrais: Anatomy of Grace 6.00-9.00 pm
Saturday 29 October: Feldenkrais, Dance, Yoga 9.00 am-12.00 pm
and Water Sense in the therapy pool 2.00-5.00 pm
Sunday 30 October: Aikido: the art of peace, the power of love 9.00 am-12.00 pm

Our themes will be Presence - what does it mean to be present? biography - how does our 'story'
relate to our identity? and Connection - the imperative to stay connected!
