PLAYSHOP with Fred Donaldson

Original Play connects us all and reminds us that we belong.
Universally understood, true play is transformative,
and teaches kindness.

We're all born ready to play cooperatively with one another, but cultural conditioning reshapes our interactions to competitive contests of winners and losers.
Come re-learn Original Play
and reconnect with your innate sense of loving playfulness.
Original Play is spontaneous, joyful, instinctive play
that helps us feel safe and connected.

O. Fred Donaldson, Ph.D., is the author of Playing by Heart: the Vision and Practice of Belonging. For more than 30 years, Fred has studied the deep patterns of play, pioneering play as an alternative to competition and aggression. Recognized internationally for his research and play with children, adults, at-risk youth and wild animals, Fred's work is featured in the videos The Power of Play (Animal Planet) and The Intelligence of Play (Touch the Future).
