Rest. Restore. Renew.
Imagine yourself floating in warm water. The world vanishes as your ears dip below the surface and you hear only your breath. Your body is held and supported as you are gently rocked and pulled through the water. In harmony with your breath, your body is stretched and massaged. Your only responsibility is to breathe and rest. This is WATSU®. Whether used to treat a specific condition or to provide holistic health benefits, WATSU is beneficial for everyone.
Jason enjoys helping people feel fantastic in their bodies and help them to enjoy the things they love doing. He has studied with such gifted teachers as Dr. Barbara Brennan, Dr. Don St. John, Joeseph Heller, Jude Waller, Donna Bajelis and others. His hands have been described by clients as “warm and listening”. His vision is to help people heal and live a fabulous life.
Jason uses myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and Hellerwork structural integration to treat many acute and chronic conditions, including” carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, back pain, whiplash, poor posture, strains/sprains, hip pain, plantar fascitis, and difficult breathing. Nicole is an Acupuncturist with a unique approach. She has developed her ability as an Energy Intuitive, which allows her to pinpoint (literally) where in the body energetic stagnation is happening. When there is stagnation in the subtle energetic body, dis-ease and illness results. Nicole
combines Reiki in her healing sessions with acupuncture.
Reiki is a hands on healing modality used to release stagnation from
the body and to channel life force energy into the body, facilitating
the balance of mind, body and spirit. She specifically
focuses on the Chakra system. The Chakra system consists of
seven energy centers. Each Chakra effects specific areas of the
body and relates to different spiritual and emotional aspects of
consciousness. Nicole believes that healing is most effective
when we can consciously connect with our bodies. She has many
insights and tools to aid her clients in achieving this.
Nicole
received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr
University in 2005. She is nationally board certified in both
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has also trained
with nationally recognized Energy Intuitive, Marie Manuchehri.
