It’s all about the brain! A series of Awareness Through Movement® lessons devoted to enhancing your health and well-being. We know that as an extension of our nervous system the brain creates our perception, our thinking and our motor activity. Despite its flexibility we fall into habits and repeated patterns because of our reliance on old imprints. Our inner attitudes and habits solidify into postures, hold us captive, weighing us down with undischarged stress. Over time this leads to injury, chronic tension and degenerative disease. Real change requires a profound reordering of the mind and body. Frozen attitudes and postures need to be softened, reconnected and integrated into a vital instrument of response and expression. Educate yourself for greater awareness and improve your self perception, performance and quality of life. For all ages and abilities.
