It’s morning, your body feels tired, joints stiff, your head feels like it is not off the pillow yet. Is this often how you feel and not only in the morning?
With Breath Healing Qigong Exercises, the breath, the posture and the mind work simultaneously to engage your Qi (energy) to first purge or clean the body of stagnant or negative energy. After this, Qi is cultivated and strengthened and then balanced. This group of exercises is a dynamic form of Qigong and when practiced regularly, increase energy and flexibility, calm the mind and help you connect with your spirit. As we become aware of the effects of the aging process, practicing qigong on a daily basis makes sense as a preventative approach. The goal of the class is to develop a daily qigong practice suited to your particular needs. Anyone with an interest in energy is welcome to the class.
