Maggie Sprague has an extensive movement background, having majored in dance at the North Carolina School of the Arts, National Ballet School, and Indiana University. After years of pursuing more traditional modes of exercise she missed the joy of moving creatively. Upon discovering Nia, she was immediately entranced by the playfulness, power, and grace wrapped up in this unique class and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in her functional fitness. “Finding Nia was like a sweet homecoming. It re-ignited my passion for dance, loosened my joints, and helped me find my personal power. Best of all, it brought joy back into my fitness practice and my life.”
