Jen Kraft shares her passion for movement and holistic health in her Integrative Fitness classes (Nia). Jennifer has taught yoga, Pilates, traditional fitness, Nia, gymnastics, and creative movement for infants and children. Her Nia classes are welcoming, inspiring, and fun. She is also available for private sessions. Jen has been practicing physical therapy in Seattle for over ten years. She fuses elements of health and wellness from the East and West into her Physical Therapy and Bodymind Acupressure practice. Dynamic Yoga

 

 A yoga-based class inspired by the healing arts of yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, dance, meditation, and therapeutic exercise. Learn to move your body with greater strength, stability, and flexibility through flowing sequences and playful yoga exploration. Concepts drawn from the East and West will help students bring awareness to their bodymind connection. (all levels)
