mental and physical balance. No striving to perfect a pose, or compete against
yourself or others, it is simply to be in the moment and take a break from
worries, deadlines, and obligations.
This is your opportunity to breathe, let go, and reconnect with your deepest self.
*please bring a mat, pillow and blanket.
